They are breeding these dogs very close to my house and see his "livestock facility" constantly advertised on TV!

Oh, no, no, that's so bad. And OMG! They have great dogs! And it seems they are in good condition. Should brush incorrectly. Wool coat? Hmm, I do not think it exists. Gosh, try to make these people as "dogs" sound, just so they can make money fast. The 1st thing I would do say, is the TV companies do not accept them more ads.
